VÍRUS KIMUTATÁSA PCR-REL/ PCR TESTING OF VIRUSES

Ezen a tudományos programon a látogatóknak lehetőségük nyílik bepillantást nyerni a kutatók munkájába. Programunk során egy 15 perces előadást hallhatunk a vírusok szerepéről a kutatásban és jelentősségükről a XXI. században. Ezt kővetően pedig a látogatók maguk készíthetnek el egy PCR reakciót majd egy korábbi PCR reakció vizualizációjára kerül sor. ENGLISH: This scientific programme will give visitors the opportunity to gain an insight into the work of scientists working with viruses. Our programme includes a 15-minute presentation on the role of viruses in research and their relevance in the 21st century. This will be followed by the opportunity to prepare a PCR reaction and visualize the DNA by gel electrophoresis.
