Together we will explore how AI, digital transformation, sustainability, demographic change, and evolving employee expectations are reshaping careers and organizations. Participants will discuss future professions, new forms of leadership, wellbeing at work, diversity and inclusion, and the human skills that technology cannot replace.

Rather than predicting a single future, this conversation challenges participants to think creatively about the opportunities, uncertainties, and exciting career paths that may lie ahead.
