WATCH zóna // WATCH Zone

Reflexfal, reakcióidő-asztal, lézerspirográf, plazmatányér, teremin, LED-kocka és akusztikus levitátor – a WATCH zónában a látogatók megismerkedhetnek az Agóra és az Emerson I NI közös pályaorientációs programjában készült interaktív eszközökkel és találkozhatnak a WATCH-os középiskolásokkal. 
A STEM területekre fókuszáló, projektalapú program célja, hogy a valós életből vett mérnöki feladatok megoldásán keresztül, élményszerűen tegye vonzóvá a fiatalok számára a STEM területeket, miközben a diákok megtapasztalhatják a csapatmunka előnyeit és örömét is. Az egyedülálló kezdeményezéshez 2021 óta több mint 270 középiskolás csatlakozott.
A WATCH zónában a Diehl Aviation Hungary Kft. munkatársai bemutatnak egy repülőgépszimulátort is, a kisebbek pedig papírrepülőt hajtogathatnak origami technikával.

The WATCH Zone is packed with exciting interactive exhibits, including a reaction wall, reaction time table, laser spirograph, plasma plate, theremin, LED cube and acoustic levitator. Visitors can explore these hands-on devices, developed as part of Agora and Emerson I NI’s joint career-orientation programme, and meet the high school students taking part in WATCH. The project-based programme focuses on STEM subjects and aims to spark young people’s interest in STEM by giving them the opportunity to tackle real-life engineering challenges in a fun and engaging way. Along the way, students also discover the benefits—and the fun—of working as part of a team. Since its launch in 2021, more than 270 high school students have taken part in this unique initiative. The WATCH Zone will also feature an aircraft simulator presented by experts from Diehl Aviation Hungary Kft. Younger visitors can have fun making their own paper airplanes using origami techniques.
