Az ébredő erő: atomoktól élő sejtekig

Szuper-felbontásu képeket nem csak fény segitségével, hanem „érintéssel” is készíthetünk,
nemes egyszerűséggel letapogatva a vizsgált objektumot. Nem kell más hozzá csak egy nagyon hegyes tű egy nagyon érzékeny konzolon. Némi megvilágitással még a minta kémiai jellemzőit is kideríthetjük, ha begyűjtjük és elemezzük a mintánkról szóródó fény tulajdonságait. Ehhez nem kell más, mint egy nagyon érzékeny spektroszkóp.

az atomi-erő illetve a RAMAN mikroszkóp működését valamint alkalmazási lehetőségeit is megtekinthetik.

Super resolution images can be obtained not only by light, but simply by "touching" the surface of an object. A very sharp needle on a very sensitive cantilever is the only thing we need to record such images. Furthermore, if we collect the light that was interacting with our object we can deduce its chemical properties without any damage.
All we need is a high resolution spectrograph and some light. During our laboratory visit, we will show how the "Awakening Force" can be used in science, the basic principles of the Atomic-Force and RAMAN Microscopes will be presented alongside with many possible applications.
