Color and Blood Pressure
We tested how different colors (blue, red, black, white, green, yellow) affect blood pressure in male and female students. Warm colors like red and yellow raised blood pressure, while cool colors like blue and green had little or calming effects. Girls generally had slightly higher blood pressure than boys with warm colors. This shows that colors can influence mood and body responses, and gender may play a role in these effects.
